1. UPDATE 10/01/2021: New Member Applications and Renewal Applications will now automatically be processed by the regional office.  Those Change Report Links have been removed for your convenience.
2. All New Member applications should be submitted online at http://bninwo.com/en-US/apply In the rare event that a paper application is received, please Enter New Applications through BNI Connect by going to Operations>Chapter>Manage Memberships>Enter New Application.
3. All Renewing Members should complete a renewal through the Online Renewal Tool in BNI Connect.
4. No Mail or Paper Checks.  Members wishing to pay by check can now pay through Credit Card or eChecks at http://bninwo.com/en-US/payments
5. Choose the appropriate links below and complete the forms to make the necessary changes to your chapter membership.
